Body Mass Index (BMI), is a number that relates closely to both your total body fat and the degree of health risks associated with obesity.

To find out your Body Mass Index (BMI, use the convenient calculator below, then compare your BMI to the Health Effects chart below it.
Ideally, you should strive to maintain a BMI of 25 or less.
If you have a BMI of 30 or greater, we would highly recommend you taking immediate measures to reduce that figure.
