As we are all aware, although some of us may choose not to acknowledge it, some of the reasons we find ourselves gorging, picking or not caring about what we eat, is often times linked to psychological or personal problems we might be having. Or simply, complete irresponsibility when it comes to taking care of ourselves.

You know that Mucho Grande Nachos you had for lunch last Friday from Taco Bell, cause you were so hungry, and you'd skipped breakfast, because you were late for the meeting?
Well, that was 1320 Calories, in some cases, more than a full days allowance of calories. 740 of those calories were from FAT. More than 50% of your meal was FAT. What is wrong with this story.

We can't blame you for being hungry, and we can't control what you eat?
Can we?

Lets back peddle a bit. You skipped breakfast because you were late for the meeting, you were late for the meeting, why?

You were late because you'd overslept. You overslept because you only got to bed at 2.00am. You got to bed at 2.00am because you were out partying or watching the reruns.

You need to take the time to read that Nutrition Label.

You need to get at least eight hours sleep.

You need to find 30-40 minutes for exercising 4-5 times a week.

You need to eat three balanced meals a day, not one horribly unbalanced meal.

There are things that you are doing now, that we will need to address and find alternatives to, if you are going to realize your goals.

And with years of consultations with thousands of pounds lost, there are very few problems we haven't heard of or come up with a solution for.
