Because until you look into
these areas and sniff out the trouble spots, and make the
necessary changes, the changes you will need to make to
ensure optimum results as far as your weight issue, will
be near impossible to implement.
You need to take the time
to read that Nutrition Label.
You need to get at least
eight hours sleep.
You need to find 30-40 minutes
for exercising 4-5 times a week.
You need to eat three balanced
meals a day, not one horribly unbalanced meal.
There are things that you
are doing now, that we will need to address and find alternatives
to, if you are going to realize your goals.
And with years of consultations
with thousands of pounds lost, there are very few problems
we haven't heard of or come up with a solution for.
Its going to be a big change,
