a physical activity routine. Remember, you do not have to join a
gym or purchase expensive equipment. You should try to allow for
30 - 40 minutes of some form of cardio-vascular activity, four to
five times a week.
Brisk walking is a simple yet perfect activity and is strongly recommended.
We are fully aware that a lot of patients have very busy schedules,
and we have come up with some original ideas for you to find time

Physical activity or exercise will not only burn calories. It will
increase your lean muscle mass. Why is this important? The more
lean mass you have, the more calories you burn at rest. This is
why exercise is so vital to keeping weight off for the long term.
